Terms of service.
Charged Shoot Time
Within your hourly rate, you have complete flexibility of outfit and location changes
One-way commute time is charged for locations outside of Grosse Pointe. Any commute time between locations during a shoot is also charged
The clock begins at the scheduled appointment time. Client tardiness is still charged time
Editing
For editing, I give each photo a base filter and sharpening edit. Each photo within my portfolio tab of this website exemplifies this base edit
Each shoot includes photoshop, airbrush edits for 5 photos of your choice. Any additional, requested photo edit is $10/photo
A shoot of at least 1 hour guarantees 100+ photos with varying poses and angles
Payment
For every shoot, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon date confirmation
The remaining charge from the payment, besides the deposit, is not required until after the shoot
Photos are withheld until a complete payment is made
I accept payments through venmo (@amelia-turco), checks made out to “Amelia Turco” or cash
Photo Sharing & Prints
I share your photos through an icloud, public website link. Photos are private to only those with the link and it can be referred back to at any time
Photos are posted with 100%, HD clarity
I do not do prints myself, though I highly recommend nationsphotolab.com. Your photos will be given to you at a high enough quality to print any size of your choosing
I use client photos for my portfolio on this website as well as my instagram, @miaturcophoto. Clients are welcome to keep their photos private upon request
Covid-19
I am fully vaccinated (booster: 22 November 2022)
During Covid-19, I am practicing social distancing during all of my shoots. The subject-client is not required to wear a mask for their photos
I ask that clients have their personal means of transportation to and from locations and I will drive separately
If a client is feeling symptoms or pending test, I would like to know so that we can reschedule. I will, of course, do the same for my clients
